What this covers

Daily app use (one record per day), openings of public recipes and selected general nutrition articles.
Successful favourite, planning, self-reported cooking and rating actions on public recipes.
Programme overview openings and lesson-completion days — never lesson topics, weeks, answers or programme content.
Purpose: improving content, features and experience. Administrators see totals only; no commercial sharing.
No health details, allergies, diary entries, private content or search terms. Raw activity is deleted after 90 days.
Declining changes nothing in the app. Withdraw or delete your analytics anytime under Profile → Optional analytics.
