Ingredients
- 1 pcs Spaghetti squash
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 5 g Dry red chili pepper, seeded, sliced
- 1 g Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 30 g Fresh parsley, finely chopped and some for garnishing
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. Brush with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Place cut-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes until tender.
- In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
- Once the squash is cooked, use a fork to shred the flesh into spaghetti-like strands. Toss with garlic oil and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Divide among plates and enjoy warm.
