Sausage mummies

Ingredients

• 4 pcs Small sausages
• 350 g Puff pastry

Method

1. Roll the puff pastry into a 1cm thick sheet.
2. Cut 1cm wide bands from the pastry.
3. Whip the bands on the sausages, leaving a small uncovered part on the sausage for eyes.
4. Put the sausages on baking paper onto a baking tray and bake them for 25 minutes on 180°C.
5. Let them cool down then spot a little mustard or mayonnaise or anything else creamy into the gaps on them as eyes.
6. Enjoy!
