Ingredients
- 600 ml Champagne
- 200 ml Creme de cassis
Method
- Pour 50ml to each flute.
- Add the 150ml champagne into the glasses, be careful not to mix the liquids, the cassis should stay at the bottom. If it helps, use a teaspoon while pouring the champagne.
- Serve chilled.
