Ingredients
- 400 g Salmon fillet
- 200 g Brown mushrooms, small
- 50 g Unsalted butter, lactose free
- 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Sea salt
- 2 tbsp Squeezed juice of lemon
Method
- Take the legs of the mushrooms away. Wash and dry the mushrooms and if needed, cut into 2 or 4 parts, to get 1-cm cubes.
- Cut the salmon fillet into 4 equal slices. Salt it on each side.
- Take a pan then put the butter and the olive oil. Melt the butter on the highest temperature.
- Add the mushrooms, salt it a bit.
- Bake the mushrooms in the butter for about 4-5 minutes to give them some colour.
- Take the mushrooms out then set aside.
- Put the salmon into the same pan and lower the temperature into middle.
- Add the lemon juice. Shake the pan to mix it a bit.
- Bake the salmon in the pan until you can see that it gets a nice baked colour. During baking (about 5 minutes), do not touch the salmon. It will be fine.
- Turn the salmon. Add the mushrooms.
- Bake the other side as well for about 5 minutes.
- It is ready to serve!
