Ingredients
- 60 ml Vinegar
- 100 ml Water
- 1 pcs Large onion, minced
- 100 ml Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Cane sugar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 pinch Allspice, ground
Method
- Combine all the ingredients until well-blended.
- Pour over your meat and marinade for at least 6 hours.
