Christmas chocolate fondue

Ingredients

• 340 g Milk chocolate, grated
• 70 ml Cream
• 1 1/2 tbsp Hot water
• 1/2 tbsp Instant coffee
• 1 tsp Vanilla extract
• 1 tsp Cane sugar

Method

1. Place a saucepan over medium heat then add the heavy cream and chocolate.
2. Once the chocolate melts, stir in the coffee, sugar, vanilla extract, and water.
3. Stir frequently until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
4. Turn off the heat and serve.
