Ingredients

  • 400 g Tuna (canned in water)
  • 25 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 120 ml Parsley, chopped, fresh
  • 1 pcs Egg
  • 2 clove Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 10 g Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 50 g Oat flour

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the drained tuna and flake it with a fork.
  3. Add oat flour, grated Parmesan cheese, finely chopped parsley, minced garlic, lemon zest, egg, salt, and pepper to the bowl with tuna.
  4. Mix all ingredients together until well combined. The mixture should hold together when pressed.
  5. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 2.5-5 cm (1-2 inches) in diameter, and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through.
