Marzipan cubes with orange-chocolate

Ingredients

• 1 kg Marzipan
• 1 pcs Orange
• 400 g Dark chocolate, 70-85%

Method

1. Juice orange.
2. Roll out marzipan to 0.7cm thickness. Cut into the right squares.
3. Heat up the orange juice on middle temperature and melt in the chocolate.
4. Cover the marzipan with the chocolate.
5. Let it cool down and put into the bon-bon boxes.
