- 4 pcs Salmon fillets
- 600 g Cauliflower
- 100 g Low-fat Greek yogurt
- 100 g Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

- 3 clove Garlics
- 15 g Fresh parsley, finely chopped and some for garnishing
- 5 g Fresh thyme, chopped
- 5 g Lemon zest
- 1 g Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

- In a food processor, combine the cooked cauliflower, Greek yogurt, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in chopped parsley and thyme into the cauliflower mash.
- Place a serving of cauliflower mash on each plate and top with a baked salmon fillet.
