Ingredients
- 200 g Corn grits
- 100 g Oat flour
- 400 ml Milk, low fat
- 4 pcs Egg
- 40 g Honey
- 1 tsp Oilve oil
- 20 g Raisins
- 2 pcs Apple
- 1 pinch Cinnamon, ground
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt
Method
- Mix the cornmeal, oat flour and honey with the warmed milk.
- Stir in the egg yolks.
- Be careful not to get the milk too hot, so that the egg yolks don't precipitate.
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and add them carefully to the cornflour mixture.
- Pour the oil into a large frying pan and fry the mixture in the oil, dividing it into 2 parts, stirring constantly.
- Stirring will result in small to large crumbs. When some of them are browned, they are considered good.
- To make the apple puree, peel the apples, remove the seeds, chop them up, cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes in a little water with a pinch of cinnamon and lemon juice.
- When the apple slices are completely soft, blend them with a hand blender.
- Place the crumble on a plate and serve with the apple puree.
